Alexa Fluor® Alternative Fluorescent Dyes

The AF Series is a range of high-performance fluorescent dyes developed for bioconjugation, fluorescence imaging, and multiplex detection, providing alternatives to commonly used Alexa Fluor® dyes.

The series is organized into 16 fluorescent dye groups covering a broad spectral range from near-UV to near-infrared. The dyes feature excitation wavelengths ranging from 346–785 nm and emission wavelengths from 424–810 nm, making them suitable for a wide range of applications, including immunofluorescence, cell labeling, tissue imaging, flow cytometry, and multiplex fluorescence detection.
