This product is a magnetic bead-based exosome purification kit designed for the rapid isolation and purification of exosomes from serum, plasma, and other biological samples containing abundant exosomes.
Under a specific buffer system, the magnetic beads efficiently capture exosomes. Following magnetic separation to remove impurities, the captured exosomes are eluted using PBS or ddH₂O, enabling rapid and efficient exosome isolation and purification. The purified exosomes obtained by PBS or ddH₂O elution do not require additional removal of organic solvents or other chemical reagents and can be directly used in downstream applications, including cell culture experiments and animal injection studies.
Features & Advantages
- High Purification Efficiency
The magnetic bead-based purification technology provides high exosome recovery, enabling efficient recovery of exosomes for downstream applications. - High Exosome Purity
The optimized purification system effectively removes exogenous contaminants and nonspecific proteins, resulting in highly purified exosome preparations. - Simple and Rapid Procedure
The purification workflow is simple and easy to perform, without the need for specialized ultracentrifugation equipment. The entire purification process can be completed in approximately 2 hours. - Gentle Processing for Better Exosome Integrity
The purification process is performed under mild conditions with a short processing time, helping maintain the structural integrity and biological properties of the purified exosomes. - Simple Elution System for Downstream Applications
Exosomes are eluted with PBS or ddH₂O, avoiding the introduction of additional organic solvents or complex chemical components. The purified exosomes can be directly used for downstream applications such as cell culture and animal injection studies.
