This product is a magnetic bead-based exosome purification kit designed for the rapid isolation and purification of exosomes from serum, plasma, and other small-volume biological samples.
Under a specific buffer system, the magnetic beads efficiently capture exosomes. Following magnetic separation to remove impurities, the captured exosomes are eluted with PBS or ddH₂O, enabling efficient exosome isolation and purification. Exosomes obtained by PBS or ddH₂O elution do not require additional removal of other chemical components and can be directly used in downstream applications, including cell culture experiments and in vivo animal injection studies.
