Product Description
OmiFluo™ BOSHY 468/572 is a novel lipid droplet fluorescent probe featuring an ultra-large Stokes shift (Stokes Shift > 100 nm). Designed based on a boronic salicylhydrazone (BOSHY) core scaffold, this probe exhibits excellent aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties and superior photostability. Compared with conventional lipid droplet probes, OmiFluo™ BOSHY 468/572 provides a larger wavelength separation (Ex 468 nm / Em 572 nm), significantly reducing crosstalk between excitation light and detection signals. It is particularly suitable for live-cell lipid droplet imaging sensitive to background noise and for multicolor co-staining experiments (such as in combination with MitoTracker Deep Red).
