DESCRIPTION
Indocyanine Green-SH (ICG-SH) is a sulfhydryl-functionalized derivative of the clinically approved ICG fluorophore (ex/em 780/810 nm). This water-soluble reagent enables site-specific conjugation to maleimide or iodoacetyl-activated targets under physiological conditions, while preserving ICG's diagnostic imaging capabilities and clinical safety profile.
For alternative conjugation chemistries, consider ICG Maleimide. Store under argon at -80°C to prevent oxidation.
