DESCRIPTION
Indocyanine Green Tetrazine (ICG Tetrazine) is a bioorthogonal derivative of the clinically approved ICG fluorophore (ex/em 780/810 nm), engineered for rapid inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) or bicyclononyne (BCN). This water-soluble reagent enables ultrafast (<5 min), copper-free conjugation under physiological conditions, making it ideal for clinical imaging applications requiring time-sensitive labeling.
For alternative conjugation chemistries, consider ICG NHS Ester. Store under argon at -20°C protected from light.
