DESCRIPTION
Bioactivity: 5-TAMRA-SE is primarily used for labeling peptides and proteins as an amine-reactive fluorescent reagent. Its conjugates produce bright, pH-insensitive orange-red fluorescence (Ex/Em ~546/579 nm) and exhibit good photostability. Ex/Em (nm) = 565/580.
