DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: FAM amine, 6-isomer, is an amino-substituted fluorescein derivative containing a fluorescent isomer. It can be used to enzymatically modify biomolecules via amino transfer. Its aliphatic amine reacts with electrophilic reagents (e.g., activated esters) and can conjugate with carbonyl compounds (aldehydes and ketones) via reductive amination.
