DESCRIPTION
BODIPY 630/650 Maleimide has a relatively long excited-state lifetime, making it especially suitable for fluorescence lifetime measurements. Its active maleimide group reacts with thiol groups on biomolecules—particularly proteins and peptides—allowing the dye to be conjugated to these molecules. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 630/650.
