Biological Activity: BODIPY FL is a green fluorescent dye used for labeling probes or primers. It is neutral and hydrophobic, enabling passive diffusion across cell membranes, making it ideal for cell-permeable fluorescent probes. It has a long fluorescence lifetime (≥5 ns), suitable for fluorescence polarization assays. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 505/513. References: 1.
