DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: BODIPY FL amine is widely used in bio-labeling, fluorescent probe design, cell imaging, flow cytometry, and protein labeling. It can conjugate with antibodies, proteins, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules for detection and localization. As an amine-reactive probe, it covalently labels molecules containing primary amine groups (e.g., lysine residues). Excitation/Emission (nm) = 503/509.
