DESCRIPTION
BODIPY FL-EDA is a fluorescent dye widely used for nucleotide quantification. It is an aliphatic amine analog that reacts with aldehydes and ketones. BODIPY FL-EDA can detect both modified and normal deoxynucleotides, assess DNA damage and genomic DNA methylation, and quantify intracellular ATP levels via capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence detection (CE-LIF). Excitation/Emission (nm) = 500/510.
