DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: BODIPY R6G NHS ester combines structural features of both BODIPY (boron-dipyrromethene) and Rhodamine 6G, and contains an NHS (N-hydroxysuccinimide) ester reactive group. This enables efficient and specific covalent conjugation to amino groups on biomolecules (e.g., proteins, nucleic acids), making it useful for bio-labeling, fluorescence imaging, and biosensing. Its unique fluorescence properties ensure high brightness and stability even in complex biological environments. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 530/545.
