DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: BODIPY TR methyl ester is a lipophilic GFP counterstain that readily penetrates cell membranes and primarily localizes to intracellular organelles rather than the plasma membrane. As an excellent red-fluorescent vital stain, it is suitable for delineating nuclear position and morphology, visualizing cell shapes in embryonic tissues, and marking tissue boundaries during organogenesis.
