DESCRIPTION
Cyanine3 Tetrazine is a bioorthogonal reagent designed for rapid, selective conjugation via inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions with strained dienophiles such as trans-cyclooctene (TCO) or bicyclononyne (BCN). This non-sulfonated Cy3 derivative exhibits excellent reactivity and minimal background, making it ideal for live-cell labeling, click chemistry applications, and super-resolution microscopy.
For improved aqueous solubility, consider sulfo-Cyanine3 Tetrazine. Store lyophilized or in anhydrous DMSO at -20°C, protected from light and moisture.
