DESCRIPTION

Cyanine7 Hydrazide is a carbonyl-reactive near-infrared fluorophore (ex/em 750/773 nm) designed for selective conjugation to aldehyde and ketone groups. This non-sulfonated reagent enables stable hydrazone bond formation under mild conditions (pH 5-7), making it particularly suitable for glycoprotein labeling and glycan detection in deep-tissue imaging applications.
For enhanced aqueous solubility, consider sulfo-Cyanine7 Hydrazide. Store desiccated at -20°C protected from light and moisture.
