DESCRIPTION

Cyanine7 NHS Ester is a reactive near-infrared dye (ex/em 750/773 nm) for covalent amine conjugation. This non-sulfonated reagent forms stable amide bonds with primary amines (pH 7.5-9.0), enabling efficient labeling of proteins, peptides, and amine-functionalized surfaces. Exhibits excellent solubility in anhydrous DMSO/DMF (>10 mM) and optimal fluorescence for deep-tissue imaging.
For aqueous applications, use sulfo-Cyanine7 NHS Ester. Store desiccated at -20°C under inert atmosphere.
