DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: Fluo-3 is compatible with visible-light excitation and can be used in flow cytometry and confocal laser scanning microscopy (compatible with argon lasers operating at 488 nm). Upon Ca2+ binding, its fluorescence intensity increases approximately 40-fold. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 506/526.
