DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: Fluo-4, pentasodium salt is an analog of Fluo-3, in which two chlorine substituents are replaced by fluorine atoms. This modification enhances fluorescence excitation at 488 nm, resulting in higher signal intensity. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 494/516.
