Biological Activity: Lysosome Tracker Green is a green-fluorescent lysosomal probe with maximum excitation/emission wavelengths of 504/511 nm. Its structure consists of a fluorophore linked to a weak base, allowing it to freely cross cell membranes and selectively accumulate in spherical organelles (lysosomes).
