DESCRIPTION
Sulfo-Cy3 NHS ester is an amine-reactive fluorescent dye used for labeling amino groups in biomolecules. It is an ideal labeling reagent for soluble proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides/DNA. Commonly applied in fluorescence labeling, bioimaging, cell labeling, tissue staining, flow cytometry, and FRET experiments in cell and molecular biology research. Ex/Em(nm)=555/570.
