DESCRIPTION
Sulfo-Cy7 NHS ester is a near-infrared fluorescent dye with high quantum yield. Its NHS ester group reacts with primary amino groups (–NH₂) on biomolecules to form stable amide bonds, enabling efficient fluorescent labeling. It is widely used for labeling peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides. Ex/Em(nm)=740/770.
