DESCRIPTION
Cyanine3.5 Azide is a click chemistry reagent for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with terminal alkynes. This near-infrared dye (ex/em 581/596 nm) enables bioorthogonal labeling of biomolecules while maintaining Cy3.5's superior tissue penetration. The compact azide group ensures minimal steric interference during conjugation.
For aqueous applications, sulfo-Cyanine3.5 Azide provides enhanced solubility. Store desiccated at -20°C, protected from light.
