DESCRIPTION
Cyanine3.5 Trans-Cyclooctene, a bioorthogonal near-infrared probe (ex/em 581/596 nm) featuring a strained trans-cyclooctene moiety for rapid tetrazine ligation. This non-sulfonated reagent enables ultrafast, copper-free click chemistry (k₂ ~10³–10⁴ M⁻¹s⁻¹) while maintaining excellent fluorescence properties for time-sensitive imaging applications.
