DESCRIPTION
Cyanine3.5 Tetrazine is a bioorthogonal reagent for inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) or bicyclononyne (BCN) derivatives. This near-infrared probe (ex/em 581/596 nm) enables rapid, copper-free conjugation for live-cell imaging and in vivo labeling applications. The non-sulfonated formulation offers optimal organic solubility for probe synthesis.
