DESCRIPTION
Biological Activity: ER-Tracker Red (BODIPY TR Glibenclamide) exhibits high selectivity for the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It is non-toxic at low concentrations and belongs to the class of environment-sensitive probes. Partial fluorescence is retained after formaldehyde fixation. The dye features high fluorescence lifetime and excellent extinction coefficient. Note: ER-Tracker is not suitable for staining fixed cells. Excitation/Emission (nm) = 587/615.
