DESCRIPTION
Indocyanine Green DBCO (ICG DBCO) is a copper-free click chemistry derivative of the clinically approved ICG fluorophore (ex/em 780/810 nm). This water-soluble reagent features a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) group for rapid, catalyst-free conjugation to azides via strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC), while preserving ICG's diagnostic imaging performance and clinical safety profile.
For alternative conjugation chemistries, consider ICG NHS Ester. Store under argon at -80°C protected from light.
