DESCRIPTION
Cyanine5.5 Hydrazide is a carbonyl-reactive near-infrared fluorophore (ex/em 675/694 nm) designed for selective conjugation to aldehyde and ketone groups. This non-sulfonated reagent enables stable hydrazone bond formation under mild conditions (pH 5-7), making it particularly suitable for glycoprotein labeling and glycan detection applications.
