DESCRIPTION
Cyanine5 Tetrazine is a bioorthogonal near-infrared reagent (ex/em 649/670 nm) for inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (IEDDA) reactions with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) or dibenzocyclooctyne (BCN). Non-sulfonated with excellent organic solubility and limited aqueous compatibility. Enables copper-free, rapid conjugation for live-cell imaging and biomolecule tracking.
For aqueous applications, use sulfo-Cyanine5 Tetrazine. Store under argon at -80°C protected from light.
