DESCRIPTION
Cyanine5.5 Biotin is a near-infrared fluorescent conjugate (ex/em 675/694 nm) combining the Cy5.5 fluorophore with biotin functionality. This non-sulfonated reagent exhibits excellent solubility in organic solvents (e.g., DMSO) and limited aqueous compatibility, making it suitable for fluorescence detection and affinity capture applications.
